*Recruit Financial Consultants and Advisors (Deputy Channel Development Managers)
*Counseling and motivating Advisors 
*Recruit, train & develop advisors 
*Responsible for assigning & finalizing targets, monitor & review periodically 
*Implementation of Strategies designed by the Branch Managers 
*Increase market reach and penetration 
*Generate leads 
*Consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities, Team handling experience will be an added advantage.

Recruit Financial Consultants and FCs will recruit Advisors under them (Deputy Channel Development Manager)
Help them with Career Progression.
Enhance Agent earnings based on vintage.
Focusing on advisor/ financial consultants retention.
Focus on Customer retention.
Drive activities for key business drivers.

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)

-    Should be a Graduate ( any discipline) 
-    Good influencing and negotiation skills.
