Our client from the healthcare, beauty and retail industry is keen to hire an experienced HR Manager who possess the following skill set and working experience.
Job Description: - Managing Compensation & Benefits aspect, Payroll Management, Salary & Benefits reviews/grading/proposal, Performance Management - Must have dealt with HRIS system & database (payroll, time off, employee records, benefits, and others) - Responsible to assist HR Director in reviewing, designing, improving or aligning Company HR Policies and Processes on regional basis - Conduct research, collate and compile a repository of laws, regulations and resource based on specific countries - Assist in recruitment and management of company Staff - Assist in ensuring all HR related matters or policies or processes are maintaned and complied - Hands-on experience in all HR Functions
Requirements: -Bachelor Degree in HR Management or Business Administration or relevant field with a minimum 5 years related experience - Strong background and knowledge (must be hands-n) on Compensation & Benefits, benchmarking using Hays - Well versed with India Employment Law/Act and statutory guidelines or have some level of knowledge and understanding of other Employment Acts in APAC would be an advantage - An eye for detail, high level of initiative, well organized and independent - Hands-on, dynamic, pleasant personality and confident in interacting with different levels in an Organization - Must be confident in dealing with management level decision makers - Have done presentation to management level - Has managed a team of HR personnels, people management skill - Able to handle fast-pace working environment and deal with stress/pressure during peak period
