Job Description

     Designation / Title: Head - HR

    Division / Business Unit: HR/IR

    Position Reporting To: Unit Head

    Industry Type: Automotive Manufacturer industry

    Location : Rohtak


    Key Responsibilities:
    Responsible for Recruitment, Training & Development, Career Development & Organizational Developmental initiatives, etc as per organizational need and in coordination / as per guidelines from corporate.
    Responsible for laisioning with government & local authorities.
    Handling IR and Shop Floor Activities.
    Responsible for smooth functioning of shop floor and take measures to improve productivity & efficiency. Also manage grievance handling process.
    Responsible for management of administration at unit level as canteen, transport, security, house keeping, other factors related to employee welfare.
    Responsible for HR developmental & operational activities as PMS, MIS, payroll, etc.
    To manage HR / IR / Legal & Statutory compliances, including liasioning ensuring smooth functioning of the unit.

    Desire Profile
    Experience 15-25.
    Education- Candidate must be have MSW / MBA / PGDBM in HR/ IR
    Salary Range - Salary: - 15-20 Lacs p.a
    Location- Rohtak
