Process
To formulate sales strategies to acquire new retail clients for increasing client base
To do portfolio review of existing clients
To prepare & implement Financial assessment of clients
To assess the portfolio risk according to changing market situation and diversify Portfolio as per the risk taking approach of client

To keep a close monitoring not only on fund managements but simultaneously on other financial instrument as per market fluctuation to maximize the client interest.
To properly allocate surplus income or disposable income in top performing instruments.
To initiate minimum 50% goals every month

Client
To acquire defined no. of new retail clients & existing clients are transacted every month
To activate inactive & retain active clients
To ensure client service standards are met & delivered at all categories of the client
To handle after sales service issues and resolving them to strengthen client faith
To contact all mapped clients through daily/weekly/monthly calls, regularly
To continuously track and connect with the clients for upselling & cross selling

To provide advisory services into various instruments like General Insurance, Mutual Funds, Mutual Funds, General Insurance, Mutual Funds, Life Insurance & Fixed Deposits
To meet product wise volume target
To upgrade no. of product average per client
Salary:INR 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A.
