Primary Responsibility:1. Non-LitigationInvolves Drafting, vetting, review of commercial agreements to ensure that the terms and conditions are in accordance with the Company's intentions and not in violation in prevailing laws.Advise Management on various legal issues that may arise.Able to draft the Company's agreements and legal documents.Drafting letters, representations and replies requiring legal advise and assistance;Monitoring progress in all legal matters to ensure timely action;Working closely with the business teams, understanding their legal needs and managing the same deal negotiations, contract drafting, advice on all business related contracts, contract law and other areas of law, rights management.To ensure that organizational legal matters are managed properly, efficiently and that the relevant and respective stakeholders are shared and given proper advice and guidance.Will ensure that the CEO, COO, Senior Management Team (SMT) and the Board are provided updates and reports on a regular basis, where necessary.Will be responsible in being the point person and managing and working closely with the companies Head office.The responsibilities include but not limited to Drafting and vetting of routine contracts, nondisclosure agreements, intellectual property rights etc., vetting tender documents, handling arbitration matters and civil suits before various courts of law should any arise.2. Secondary Responsibility : Litigation Involves understanding the issues, deriving the objectives and briefing the counsels. Matters to be represented at the levels ofa. High Courtb. Lower Courts
Salary:INR 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A.
