1. Candidate shall be Any Graduate with 1 to 3 Years of Experience in handling Reception, Front office, etc 2. Should be smart & presentable with good communication in English, Kanada, Hindi & pleasing personality. 3. Knowledge of computer will be added advantage.
Job Duties: 1. Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. 2. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. 3. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. 4. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
