Job Description

Minimum 4 years of development experience in diverse web technologies including, but not limited to, PHP (Frameworks & CMS) and databases.

Minimum 2 years of project management experience (over and above the development experience) including liaising with multiple clients; planning resources; planning, tracking, and forecasting milestones; leading and motivating a cross functional team.

Server maintenance and administration skills would be a plus.

Responsible for the overall systems development life cycle

Excellent client-facing, verbal and written communication skills

Work collaboratively with coordination team members, development team, designing team and the marketing team to determine technical direction and approach to system design and implementation, including both brand products and supporting systems

Develop the long-term strategy for the programs and translate that into an achievable roadmap/action plan

Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments

Report on status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to management

Work with clients to develop technical strategy and development

Guide projects to successful delivery by effectively managing expectations regarding timeline, the scope of work, quality, and budget

Create, manage and track project vehicles, including project schedules, detailed project plans, project scope statements, cost estimates, resource plans, risk and issues logs and Status reports

Manage the day-to-day activities of projects and staff; communicate with project teams as necessary to ensure project deliverables are on schedule and within cost parameters

Make decisions and communicate trade-offs and risks; drive key decisions across projects.

Make recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization and resource allocation with input from team members

Provide on-going project plan/status reporting for use by account managers, clients and management

Provide input into strategic planning and asset creation processes. Manage resource planning and organizational capacity planning
