Job Description
Passing on the process updates to the team members, maintaining Weekly reports, daily reports.
Interacting with the process manager and management to improve process.
Responsible for agent Performance Monitoring.
Conduct customer service training for new hires and recurrent training for employees in the areas of customer orientation, new products or processes, systems or tools used, etc.
Assist with the development of training manuals, modules, and curriculum courses.
Interact with employees and attend related training conferences and seminars.
Prepare all materials for training courses prior to class.
Collect feedback from associates, agents, Supervisors, Quality Monitoring team to identify new training needs Maintain and update training materials as appropriate.
Should have handled a team for outbound operations (International Outbound Calls).
Ensures achievement of all team & individual goals.
Ensures quality of work.
Experience in Outbound Voice process of International BPO process.
Flexible with shifts.
