Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Dealing with the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications
Work on different job portals and social media platforms
Conducting preliminary interviews, F2F interviews & salary negotiations with identified candidates
Vendor Management
Coordination with the candidates and the internal stake holders.
Offer Negotiation and Offer Release as per TAT.
Post offer follow up till joining.
Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets
Ensures the joining of the selected candidates
Maintaining an MIS on the hiring status and Closures done for a quarter.
Qualification & Skill Requirements:
MBA in HR
At least 2+ years of experience in handling end to end recruitment.
Should have experience of handling Pan India recruitment.
Should have knowledge of handling all aspect of recruitment comprising Middle and Junior levels in the Organization.
Excellent Communication Skills
Should be able to multi task with respect to Recruitment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability communicate with people across organizational units
Should be a keen learner
High on responsibility and ownership
Proficient in MS Office
