Chef - Chinese

We are hiring for an experienced Chef, specialised in Chinese Cuisine, who has a healthy respect for food and tastes to join the team in our Restaurant. A successful applicant must have relevant qualifications in the field of cookery and hospitality and relevant work experience. The person we are seeking will have the ability to run the kitchen from day to day, order stock, take control of menu planning and be a team leader.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Independently responsible for day to day Chinese kitchen operations.
Prepare and ensure smooth mise en place for Chinese kitchen as per standard.
Deliver the best gourmet experience to every guest.
Ensure that company and statutory hygiene standards are maintained.
Ensure that the preparation and presentation of food complies with the standards.
Responsible for the production, preparation and presentation of all Chinese food items, in the assigned function, to ensure highest quality at all times.
Ensure to maintain appropriate grooming standards, hygiene and code of conduct.
Coordinate operations with Department Coordinators, Supervisors and other Departmental Managers to ensure operational readiness, efficiency in resource utilization, and the prompt delivery of services.
Handle additional responsibilities as and when delegated by the Management.
Ensure to adhere to Yash Foods policies and procedures at all times.

Salary:INR 1,50,000 - 2,50,000 P.A. Best in industry - Negotiable
