Contact the schools and institutions within the allocated region.
Get leads from the schools and work towards successful conversion.
Following up with the schools (leads) for successful conversion.
On successful conversions, collecting the data and respective amount from the school/institutions.
Liaise between the program coordinator at the school and at Planiton.
Develop good business relations with the school for the next workshops and programs.
Send follow up letters and feedback forms.
Send monthly reports of conversions, trend analysis, and feedback.
Follow up with the schools who are either under conversion or not converted at all.
Must be a Graduate
Good communication skills and presentation skills
1+ year experience in sales
Proficiency on Microsoft Office Skills
Flexible to work in shifts
Willingness to travel
Possession of a vehicle will be counted as an advantage
Targets and KRAs:
Visit 3 or more schools each day.
Ensure strict follow-ups on the leads.
Conversion target is 50% of the fixed number of leads in terms of school and 50% of the students in terms of the number of students.
200 students from 1 school are the strength target.
20 schools for a month (15 days for visits, 15 days to follow up and payment collection).
Coordinate with the trainers on the day of Workshop.
Present reports to the manager/CEO on a daily and weekly basis.
Analyze data and understand the monthly trend and present it to the manager.
Job Characteristics & Criteria:
0 completion of threshold = 0 Salary or Salary on company's sole discretion.
50% completion of target = 50% of the basic salary and 0 incentives.
