· Responsible for achieving business plan targets allotted, with strategic approach & execute policy guideline received from Management time to time.
· Execute action plan for achieving & improving Sales,
· Key Account Management
· To create a potential database of prospective bulk buying institutions.
· Calenderize the bulk purchase pattern of all the customers in the database.
· To appoint new institution dealer associates and promote business through them.
· Understanding customer needs and submitting offers, negotiating and closing deals.
· To Forecast demands and prepare annual sales budget.
· Sales Forecast - Have to prepare Sales Forecasts for product-wise / Customer wise.
· Have to identify potential market to penetrate to achieve business plan targets.
