Job Description

Has an understanding of the Customer Support work environment
Attitude to work with stretched targets
Contact prospects by outbound/ answer the customers via Inbound
Informs customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Describe products and services
Respond to questions
Identify and overcome objections
Manage and resolve customer complaints
follow up customer calls where necessary
maintain customer/potential customer data bases
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Employees must be willing to work at the times required by call center managers, and some positions include evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Accomplishes organization related results mission by completing as needed.
Has an understanding of the Call Center work environment
