Business Development Manager
2-5 years in the cosmetic, beauty or makeup industry

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager. The applicant should be have the ability to think out of the box in order to develop and implement creative yet effective sales strategies. You will be an integral part of the core team and will be responsible for generating sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Conducting market research to identify ways to capture new untapped markets.
Develop a growth strategy focused on increasing customer acquisition and customer retention.
Identification, acquisition and management of new distribution channels and partners.
Assimilation and compilation of user feedback and after-sales support
Relationship management with existing and new customer, partners and distributors.
Setup and management of a sales and partner relations teams.
Should at least have a bachelor’s degree (Specialization in business administration, sales or any other relevant field is a plus).
Should have prior working experience in the cosmetic industry
Proven sales track record is a must
Prior Experience in customer handling is a plus
Excellent oral and written command in English is a must
Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills
