Job Description:

1.Assist Sales Manger in the Preparation of Annual Plans / Budgets For the Assigned Products and Territory.2.Visit Customer Intensively to generate / Follow up Enquiries, Seek out Market Opportunities, Secure Sales and Promote Sales.3.Study Customer Needs; Prepare Offers, Tenders and Contracts. Prepare techno economic Feasibility Reports and Projects, modernization of Schemes.4.Render Technical Service to Customers in Drawing Up Specifications, Selection of Machinery, Layout Plans, Utilities and Facilities to be Established.5.Help Customers in Exercising Options on Financial Purchases and Commercial Formalities.6.Execute Orders Conforming to Contractual Terms and Conditions.7.Timely Realization of Payments Out standings and c- Forms8.Arrange Prompt Erection /commissioning of machinery and Processing of Reports to make good Shortages, Replacement For Material / Manufacturing Defects, Insurance Claims Etc. Expeditiously.9.Relate with Service Staff to render efficient after sales service on complaints on machine/Process Problems, Break downs, Product application etc.10.Plan Training of Customers technical Personnel at our Principals works according to the Programme.11.Collect and appraise Sales Manger With Information on Market and Competition.12.Performance of Own and competitors machinery on Varying conditions and applications.13.Customer Complaints and areas of best Performance of our machinery.14.Market Services.
