Incoming Calls Management
Maintaining Registers
Supervision of Housekeeping activities
Inventory, Monitoring & maintenance of Supplies
Receiving & handling Incoming & Outgoing Documents, deliveries
Receiving & welcoming visitors
Coordinating with Vendors
Sales Collection Activities (coordinating with Accounts for sending invoices via email, coordinating with the Collections Staff for collecting payments)

Internet Savvy
Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
Must have good phone, email and professional etiquettes
