• Ability to analyze and solve customers’ query/complaint - Inbound Calls
• Respond to customer enquiries related to M-wallet (Recharge , Bill Payment , Ticket Booking)
• Ability to troubleshoot M-wallet related queries over the phone
• Intuition in identifying Customer Needs

 

Freshers And Experience Both Candidates Can Apply

Salary - 10k to 14k (Domestic Process)

Day Shift Only

Qualification - Minimum 12th, Graduate Or Undergraduate
