Work Experience: Minimum – 2 Years; Maximum – 3 years Domain: Digital Media Ad Sales, B2B and B2C Media sales, Online Media Sales Qualification: PG in any Sales & Marketing discipline Job Purpose: Generates revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification. Closing sales and recommending new products and services. Skills Required: Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Willingness to travel and work with a delivery team of professionals. Proven leadership qualities with an ability to drive sales teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment. Responsibilities: Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts. Initiates and closes sales by: Scheduling appointments, creating presentations and understanding account requirements. Building rapport with potential account; explaining product; service capabilities and preparing contracts. Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services. Networking with ad agencies. Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts. Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results and identifying needs to be filled.
