Job Description-

A dynamic professional - minimum 10+2 educational qualification..
Experience::
Minimum 6 Months Experience in an inbound and outbound process with an International BPO/ITES.

• Preferably experienced candidates may apply.
• Fresher’s candidates with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
• Salary 17k-45k with performance based incentives (for experienced candidates).

Job Profile:-

• Handling US customers and providing VOICE based technical support.
• Completely responsible for troubleshooting Network & OS related issues
• Should possess basic knowledge on networking concepts.
• Open to feedback & learning.
• Accurately capturing required customer details (as and when required with prior approval)

• A high degree of self-motivation and drive
• Ensure customer satisfaction with resolutions
