Job Title(position): Lead Generation/Business Development Associate (US Shifts) Number of vacancies: 5- 6 Interview details: Telephonic Round -1// Skype Interview - 1 Time and date as per mutual availability of the candidate and interviewer. Place of joining: Noida Sector 62 Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate from any field (For Team members) Shift (Job timing): 8:00 PM - 05:00 AM IST Experience: Strong experience with international BPO Industry, in US Based Lead Generation or Business Development process for 3+ years. Experience in working with a Medical Device company is an added benefit. Should have excellent communication skills and experience working in US process (Night Shifts). Should be willing to work in a major outbound cold-calling, for lead generation/business development in US/Canada geography.. Please Note: We need candidates who will be reaching out to our elite customers. We want candidates with EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS (This is our first priority). Candidates with a rigid accent will not be considered for this role. Candidates need to be from East Delhi/ Noida or Ghaziabad. Candidates out of Delhi NCR region will be rejected right away. This would be a team member role and we want someone who knows how to be a team player. Job hoppers will not be entertained. Need to have job stability in past. We may not consider people working in insurance/ telecom or any other irrelevant domain. Someone from medical device domain is highly desired. We desire for candidate having experience working in a product based environment. Once again, this will be 100% US/Canada outbound calling for sales/business lead generation. Employees will reach to our clients (Cosmetologist/Aesthetician/Doctors/Practitioners offices/clinics/spas), generate interest in them/try to fix an appointment with our sales representative. Once the appointment is fixed our sales reps will take it over from there.
