Team Lead Sales
- Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification
- Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product
- Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product as per their needs
- Ensuring minimum targets are met with added incentives
- Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients
- Reviewing their team performance and aim at exceeding their targets.
- . To ensure systematic follow-up with the client to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
