Job Description
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports to the management team
Identify and fully aware of new products and competition status
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they providing is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed
Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
Provide any training that team members need
