Aspirants role would consist of conducting New hire training batches, soft skills and communication modules for the entry level profiles in the organization.
Conduct new hire training batches, soft skills training & communication modules for the entry level profiles in the organization
Coordinate and ensure availability of training logistics for the sessions
Maintain detailed feedback/attendance on the participants
Conduct regular feedback sessions to help the participants come up the learning curve
Ensure calibration and conduct interviews for the potential hires at the entry level
Compile daily reports, pre-training & post training reports
Conduct floor walk, call barging to identify the training needs
Conduct assessments for the participants
Measure training effectiveness: Tracking VOC(Voice of Customer)
Content Development skill set: Training Content and manuals when needed
Conduct TNI, training objectives & design 2-4 hrs. training modules for the entry level employees
Excellent presentation and communication skills
