Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for setting strategies for paid marketing – SEM, FB and other channels.
Conceptualize, execute and manage Social Media Marketing initiatives, CPC campaigns, E-mail Marketing etc.
Build across product verticals using analytics to map, analyze user data, interpret online users behavior, and measure ROI across the digital media
Set strategies and manage SEM, PPC, Affiliate marketing, Online Branding & PR, Mobile marketing to achieve higher page views and unique visitors
Work closely with the content, design, production, quality assurance and IT teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience
Identify, execute and manage potential business alliances
Use email marketing, IVR to achieve exit revival targets
Manage media buying and track online campaigns
Identify high-growth and high-revenue opportunities and taking a lead on executing them.
Provide weekly performance analysis (eg – dashboards) to the business
Responsible for all campaign deliverables, drive results and control costs
Desired Profile:
4 to 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing
High domain knowledge (Adwords, FB Ads)
Hands on experience of working on accounts.
Previously worked in large internet firms/handled big budgets would be a plus
Strong written and oral communication skills
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
Ability to execute, collect and analyze data whilst identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
Excellent quantitative, analytical and presentation skills
Ability to work across functions & departments to drive business operations
