Glad to inform about the opening for Desktop Support Engineer (male candidates only)
Experience : 1-3 years
Qualification : Diploma (Eng)/B.E
Job Location : Noida
Role Objective:
Solve the issues related to IT infrastructure.
Have good knowledge on technology.
Backup and Restoration of Data.
Rectifying all the IT related issues in the allotted time.
Principle Accountabilities:
Knowledge on Desktops, Servers, Routers.
Co-ordination with vendors and Internet Service Providers.
Minimize the failures in servers, storage, connectivity and networking
Monitoring the server performance. Proper documentation
Skills Required:
Desktop, servers.
Knowledge on Printers.
Knowledge on Routers, switches.
Storage, Backup process.
Knowledge on Antivirus.
Installation and trouble shooting Windows Server Operating system.
Salary:
Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
Salary Range: Rs. 180000 to Rs. 300000 per annum.
Shift Timings:
UK shifts
