Technical Sales Associates Job

Job Description
· Provide first line of support to the customer. 
· Answers customer queries raised regarding product.
· Troubleshoot customer application software issues and follow ups till completion.
· Understand the issue reported by the customer, analyze and report it in the ticketing system
· Resolve support issues with a focus on root cause analysis to reduce reoccurrence of issue.
· Work closely with the rest of the support team members to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
· Keep technical skills and product knowledge up to date through self-efforts and internal training.
· Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and product quality
· Coordinate with Client & other vendors.
· Need to support on Production incidents, Service Requests
· Ensure quality in all deliverables Excellent communication and presentation skills 
· Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build professional relationships
· Excellent Problem solving skills with innovative and proactive approach
· Ability to work in team across multiple projects and multiple geographies.
· Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
· Focus on quality
Salary : Upto 30k in hand+incentive (unlimited)+one Time Meal.
Education:
Fresher/dropouts/10+2/UG/Any graduate/PG can Apply
Shift :Fixed night Shift
5 days working /sat/sun off.
