INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS
COLLECTIONS :
Its a B2B collections , with lucrative incentives.
Review accounts and call on delinquent customers.
Receive phone calls to collect / resolve delinquent customer queries.
Shift Window: 6 p.m. - 6 a.m. (US Shift)
Work Location: Gurgaon
Customer Service For Credit Cards
Handle card and banking Queries.
Provide Support in inbound call center.
Shift Window: 3 a.m. - 3 p.m. (Australian Shifts)
Work Location: Gurgaon
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Handle user queries through calls and e-mails related to Internet Explorer, MS-Office, Printer, Network related issues and Operating system.
Comprehend the issue, search on Knowledge Management Tool and communicate/narrate effectively.
Shift Window: 9 p.m. - 6 a.m. (US Shift)
Work Location: Noida
CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR LEADING SEARCH ENGINE
Provide Customer Support over the phone.
Handle Queries related to Adwords.
Suggesting the best tips to enhance advertising ability.
Shift Window: 6 p.m. - 9 a.m (US Shift)
Work Location: Gurgaon
DOMESTIC VOICE PROCESS
Semi- Technical Voice Process
Candidate should be able to solve the technical issues related to hardware and software and provide solution for the same.
Experience in Tech. Support preferred.
Shift window: 6 a.m. - 12 p.m (90% Day Shift + 10% Night Shift)
Work Location: Gurgaon
Customer Service
Candidates are expected to speak to customers and provide correct resolution within a specified time.
Candidate should have good communication skills.
Experience in Customer Support preferred
