Managing Restaurant Accounting & Control.
Weekly review of all the ledger accounts grouped under Loans and Advances, IOUs and Deposits
Prepare bank reconciliation statements on a daily basis.
Proper maintenance of books of accounts
Timely Submission of Reports & Compliances
Manage day to day operations of the Finance department.
Handling tax payments like, TDS, S.A tax, Service tax , Luxury tax, Income Tax Return (ITR) and its online filing
Cash handling and vouchers
Co-ordination with Company's Finance Heads and ensure compliance as per guidelines
Bank Reconciliation and General Accounting
Follow up with supplier for bills
Finalization of accounts
Prepare and verify daily reports
Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
Preparing monthly financial statement like balance sheet, P/L A/C, VRS other MIS reports.
Day to day book keeping in INR.
Passing entries in Tally (JV, Purchase and Sales, MIS report).
Maintaining all receipts, payments, sales & purchase transactions from all branches.
Updating management with daily bank transactions of all banks.
To maintain payroll records for the entire Hotel
Ensure proper documentation as per the industry standards and as per the statutory requirement.
