Stores Assistant for a Manufacturing Co., Bhandup Mumbai (Position: 1 Nos.)

We have an opening with a well reputed Mfg Co. for their manufacturing facility at Bhandup, Mumbai. Please find the details below:

Position: Stores Assistant

Department: Warehouse/ Stores

Location: Bhandup West, Mumbai

Reporting to  Warehouse Manager

Qualification: Any Graduate/  Diploma

Experience: 2-4 years experience into handling stores related activities

Job responsibilities

• To receive material as per the purchase order.
• Issue of material to user departments.
• Preparing (G.I.R) Goods Inspection Report.
• Maintain good House Keeping.
• Updating the Bin cards as per receipts and issues.
• Keep the various items properly in their allotted locations.
• Have Knowledge of Inventory Control.
• Prepare challans (Returnable, Rejection, Non Returnable) and do follow ups.   
• Prepare Monthly Stock Reports.
• Should have knowledge of ISO.
• Should have sound computer knowledge and conversant with Tally.
• Shall have experience of Store Management and be capable to handle the store personnel.

CTC range: Rs. 12K – 15K per annum

Industry preference: Any Industry or preferable heavy machinery
