JOB DESCRIPTION :
Mega walk in For HR Recruiter and Executive HR
Managing the full cycle recruitment process by sourcing qualified candidates, talent assessment and selection, collaboration with hiring managers, managing the offer discussions, through the on-boarding activities.
Responsible for Internal Recruitment only.
To source and identify active, qualified passive and non-passive job seekers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand positions, skills needed for success, and overseeing processes, tools and resources to support the talent selection process
Ensuring timely hiring of quality resources that meet the specification as per the staffing plan.
Assess and identify needs and develop creative strategies to implement effective recruitment and on-boarding plans.
Provide a candidate centric approach through the recruitment and selection process by providing timely updates, feedback, and support to the candidate pool.
Complete candidate documentation, metrics reporting, timely communication to candidates and hiring managers, and additional activities related to the full cycle recruitment and on-boarding process and required for reporting purposes
Essential Criteria:
Have experience with in Recruitment.
Should have good experience in hiring through direct channels Job portals, references, head hunting, etc.
Candidate preference – Consultancy, BPO Consultancy or BPO Companies will added an advantage.
Excellent Communication skills.
Candidate who wants stability in their career and want to join a Developing Company.
