Shift:- Night (9pm to 5am)
 
JD for Search Engine Optimization
• Interaction with client & team management
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics
• On page and Off page promotion 
• Handling SEO Campaigns for International Clients & Reporting 
• Handling team of SEO executives.
• Creation of strategy for quality Link Building & achieving targets for top rankings 
• Monitoring performance & reporting to client. 
• Improve Keyword Performance and Search Engine Rankings. 
• Increase Traffic and Lead Generation. 
• Manage SEO processes for different client domains. 
• Develop, document and update SEO strategy. 
• Execute and champion each and every technical task related to Search Engine Optimization (SEO). 
• Monitor and analyze SEO tactics and strategies, and make ongoing changes to improve performance metrics.
• Maintain high levels of awareness of organic and local search trends, best practices and solutions. 
• Work with in-house copy writing team to ensure a consistent voice across the site. 
• Review website and campaign performances, and ROI, suggesting additional online marketing strategies to increase conversion. 
• SEO problem solving 
• Run reports to measure rankings and traffic and report on results 
• Should have knowledge of event tracking, Google Tag manager & other tracking parameters.
• Candidates with experience in Google Analytics & any other analytics software will be preferred.
