JOB DESCRIPTION :
SkillSet: taking accountability, self-motivated, dynamic, result oriented. Responsibilities: Proactive on taking accountability, self-motivated, dynamic and result oriented Team player with collaborate attitude, able to maintain high level of discipline

Ability to coordinate and facilitate project execution and delivery commitment with other teams under different operational time zones Coordinate with users to produce comprehensive test plan and develop user signoff criteria Able to correlate response data and pass it to another request in Jmeter Develop bean shell in Jmeter to read and write file operations Able to work on webservice XML elements and have idea on how to read a response from one web request and use that as request data for another web service Basic idea on IIS server memory profiling, throughput, Response time, Latency SQL server basic and performance monitoring Able to contribute to Performance Testing Proposals Hands-on involvement in analysis of Performance testing results and review with end-users

Competencies Required: Proven expertise as Test Lead and able to identify risks and issues Domain knowledge on Banking. Must have worked and implemented at least 6 projects
