Immediate Opening for Associate Software Engineer L3

1.Experience in handling technical documentation
2.Experience in training junior team members
3.Code and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology.
4.Maintain and modify programs based on approved changes by amending flow charts
5.Develop detailed programming logic and coding changes.
6.Test and develop programming modifications.
7.Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor.
8.Write and maintain programming documentation.
9.Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions
10.Write new program code using prescribed specifications.
11.Confer with users to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs.
12.Write and maintain programming documentation.
13.Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference.
14.Provide on-the-job training to new entrants and coach the junior staffs as and when required
