Job Description: Sales & CRM Manager- Branch
Position Head: Sales & CRM Assistant Manager - Branch
Designation: Branch Sales & Customer Relationship Manager (Car Rentals)
Reporting to: National Sales& Customer Acquisition Head
New Position
Location: Gurgaon
Position Overview: Be part Mid Management Sales & Marketing Team, to assist in developing the AOP at the Regional Level for Sales & Marketing function and ensure its effective deployment resulting in achievement of targeted results
Education Qualifications: Graduate; Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Sales & Operations (Desirable)
Professional Experience:
Preferred Corporate Sales experience of 3-5 years of which at least 1-2 years should have been in key management role at branch level
Have experience of working with the senior management to independently manage and be responsible for top line growth (Sales / Revenue) and bottom line profitability
Worked in Indian / MNC companies well-established management processes and practices.
Responsibilities:
Organizational
To ensure smooth and effective functioning of all Sales & CRM operations at the Branch level and achieve the short term and long term Branch Level Sales & Marketing Goals, Targets as set out in the AOP
Provide organizational support for customer segment to achieve Segment-wise Sales Growth, Customer Service Level, Fleet Efficiency and Utilization, Branch Revenue and Profitability targets as per the AOP
To constantly maintain and monitor growof the company's market share in the region.
Sales
Maintain 100% Customer Satisfaction / Customer Orientation
To lead and achieve Branch Level Sales
Focus on New Customer Acquisition and Revenue targets as per AOP
Support and maintain and grow existing customer requirement
Operational
Identify internal bottlenecks & formulate customer friendly strategies for profitable marketing of the company's owned and vendor fleet and achieve the AOP
Insure all statutory compliance
Jointly Coordinate with Branch Operation's Team members to achieve AOP Revenue and Service level targets
Maintain Cost Control focus at an organization level
