JOB DESCRIPTION :
Lead / Manage QA teams.
Design / execute test plans / strategies.
Guide, Monitor and evaluate the performance of all team members, ensuring that they can always perform at the highest levels.
Review test plans, test cases based on Requirements.
Taking ownership for system test activities and managing unit and integration testing in an AGILE environment
Analysis and creation of formal documentation  including project test plans, reports and proposals when necessary
Test scripting and manual test execution
Mentoring fellow team members, reviewing test scripts
Defect management and reporting
Should have managed and lead software testing teams across multiple projects.
Should be able to interact with the customer, stakeholders, teams and management.
Work independently or with minimal supervision
Strong communication and teamwork skills. Good people management skills.
Past / current experience of hands on work with Programming / Scripting is preferred.
Past / current experience of hands on work with test automation using tools like Coded UI, QTP, Selenium, UFT, TestStudio is recommended.
Excellent skills of defining, planning and conducting test automation PoCs.
Knowledge of various testing tools across test management, automation and other specialized testing techniques.
Lead, hire, and develop top-tier QA and test-focused software development engineers
Be an internal advocate and spokesperson for all QA. Identify and clearly communicate issues, risks, concerns, and successes to management.
Capable of contributing to multiple projects.
Technical Skills: 
Strong analytical and business mind
AGILE & SCRUM experience
Determined and passionate QA Specialist and have sound knowledge manual / automation methods to test desktop and web across multiple Agile projects
8+ years of software testing experience
Must have had previous experience managing QA teams
Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
Excellent planning and scheduling test coverage experience
Excellent leadership, management and organization skills
Different manual / automation testing methodologies and bug tracking software. For E.g. Mantis, JIRA, BTNet, Redmine etc.
