JOB DESCRIPTION :
Planning & Implementation, Process & System, Expense & Cost Management relating to facility and infrastructure management.
Housekeeping daily checks through floor visit for cleanliness facility schedule weekend/ monthly/ quarterly.
Managing preventive and predictive maintenance scheduled for equipment like UPS,DG sets , LT Panel, Air conditioning units, CCTV, Access system and Fire alarm system and ensuring condition monitoring of various equipment.
Material Planning and developing vendors, coordination and follow up for all maintenance related work.
maintaining all House Keeping staff, Pest control, operations & Maintenance quality reports MIS.
Ensure compliance to statutory vendor requirement s & payments and bills.
Managed contracts, contractors, and procurement functions and provided support for the facilitys budget. Maintained and operated the facilities Managed resources
