JOB DESCRIPTION :
Desired Qualities of the Software Developer (.NET): 

The Software Developer should be able to contribute to or handle the entire Software Development Life Cycle, end to end. They should have strong technical skills and should be aptly hands-on in coding and system design. They should be able to self-manage the projects. Designing, analyzing requirements, documenting, contributing to team efforts, coding and testing should all be a part of their daily work. Candidates can anticipate the performance bottlenecks, but know how to pre-optimize. 

Technical Skills:
C# or VB .Net, Framework 4.5 and Above 
Database and ADO .Net
MVC 5 and Above
Angular JS (or JQuery) - Knowledge or exp.
Complete understanding and use of MVC in coding.
Good knowledge of HTML/CSS and Web APIs.
Good knowledge of OOPS Concept 
Should Have - knowledge of SQL Server

Job Description

Understands the necessity of and contributes to coding standards. 
Should be able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. 
Encourages other employees to take responsibility for their development within the company.
Create Unit Test Cases and Integration Testing of the Release Tasks.
Maintains the Code Base in VSS Properly
Should be able to work on .Net Technologies like Web services, Windows Services, ADO.Net and Reflection.
Has expertise in using Web developments tools such as HTML, JavaScript, XML, JQuery and AJAX. ASP/VB Knowledge added advantage.
Is well-versed with OOPS concept, RDBMS concepts & MS SQL Procedures, Triggers and Functions.
Should be able to work on GUI + Libraries as well.
Understands and Implements Microsoft Patterns and Practices across applications.
Has good command over Custom / User Controls, Custom attributes, Http Handlers and Http Modules.
Should have good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. 
Proficient in technical writing and Presentation.
