Job Description:
International Voice, Inbound Process Antivirus Sales
Candidate should possess excellent communication skills
Responsible for dealing with International Clients over calls
Responsible for dealing with B2B & B2C Antivirus Sales.
Candidate with excellent customer service skills would be preferred
Candidate should have 0-6 year of experience in International Voice Process.
Prior experience in Antivirus Sales in International BPO will be an added advantage.
Responsible for Corporate Sales experience in Antivirus or IT security
Must have excellent communication and presentation skill with international accent
Multi-tasking, Self-starter & Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
Desired Candidate Profile: 
Qualification: Graduates,drop outs,persuing graduation can apply
Shift Timing : US (9.00 Hours)(9 pm to 6 am )
Candidates with Excellent Technical knowledge & Communication Skill
Candidates with 0 to 6 Years prior experience in the international bpo (Antivirus Sales & Support)
 
Verbal and Written Skills: 
Understand Customers issue and query and able to provide Resolution on call
Communication skill: Must have excellent English Communication skill (No stammering and fumbling)
Excellent convincing skills over call to the international clients
Should have good presentation skill over call with excellent international accent
