Job Description
Manage end to end production of magazines
Prepare and monitor schedules
Enter Ad orders in Ad Booking/Ad Management System
Provide sales support
Follow up with Sales team for ads and process ads
Create issue layouts [folio plan] and instructions for printers
Process and approve ads in the Premedia Asset Management System
Proof and approve magazine pages in the virtual proofing system
Coordinate with stake holders - Sales, Advertisers, Editors, Publishers and Third Party Vendors for printing and shipping of issues
Prepare monthly MIS and issue wise performance reports for the client and management
Support Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables services
 
Minimum Requirements
Excellent command of English
Computer literate – knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PPT)
Good communication skills – Written, Spoken, Listening 
 
Qualification
Any Degree/ Post-graduation (should have had Mathematics in the curriculum)
Degree/ Diploma in Printing would be an added advantage
 
Experience
1-2 yrs in printing domain
 
Salary
Upto Rs. 2.5 lac PA

Permanent Saturday & Sunday holiday
 
Interview Process
Initial screening would be done by Vishanz over the phone.
Susequent rounds of interview will be conducted at HCL's office in Chennai. Hence, candidates should be willing to travel for the final rounds of interview.
