Job Description
Develop and maintain SaaS enabled .NET applications including ASP.NET, MVC,WCF,Web API, Entity Framework,jQuery and multi-threaded windows services.
Developing applicaton using AngularJs and mobile frameworks like ionic,phonegap is an added advantage.
Should develop highly scalable SSIS packages and TSQL scripts in SQL Server.
 
Other Responsibilities
Participate in SCRUM meetings efficiently.
Collaborate with domain Experts on requirements, specifications and acceptance testing.
Should write automated unit tests to verify the functionality.
Learn, suggest and implement new technologies/techniques.
Understand the project requirements, define the functionalities and document the same as Low-level design documents.
Should demonstrate excellent Interpersonal skills and should be able to collaborate with clients and other teams.
Complete the development activities on schedule with high quality.
Adherence to project quality metrics like schedule variance and defect density.
Should align to organizational and project goals and should be hardworking and flexible in achieving the same.
Should demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal for technical and non-technical audiences.
Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Should maintain the code in the code repository and label them for deployment. Should be able to retrive appropriate code from the repository whenever required.
Should do peer review, follow the application architecture and to write clean and reusable code.
Drive for continuous process improvement. 
 
Qualification
Any Degree/ Post-graduation in Computer Science
 
Experience
Should have at least 2 years of experience as a DotNet developer

Interview Process
Initial screening would be done by Vishanz over the phone.
Subsequent rounds of interview will be conducted at Quscient's office in Chennai. Hence, candidates should be willing to travel for the final rounds of interview.
