Job Description
Ensure implementation of specific plans for achieving Enquiry and Conversion growth
Oversee performance of the center managers and marketing team towards the achievement of these targets in each product category (courses offered)
Provide support to the Technical Team for the launch of new courses to be offered through the existing franchisee network
Ensure overall profitability through driving profitable growth of franchisee and own centres
Planning & execution of marketing and sales promotional activities
Oversee the functioning of an effective Corporate Communication function
Plan and oversee execution of promotional events and activities
Supervise the timely creation and execution of the media plan
Ensure timely marketing support (creatives and collaterals) to own centres through ensuring effective coordination between sales and marketing personnel
Operational Support to Centres
Ensure maximum support to centres through timely operations review, identification of problem areas and propose corrective action
Facilitate planning and execution of sales and marketing activities by centres through the mktng teams
Help resolve centre grievances
Receivables Management
Efficient management of receivables through follow up and monitor escrow deposits
Developing Strategic Relationships
Assist the COO and other functional heads in developing strategic alliances for enrolments growth, placements, course delivery etc.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and initiate corrective action where required
People Management
Ensure professional development of the sales & marketing team through periodic training, appraisals, and morale building activities
