Area Manager - Xmart

Will coordinate exclusively for all X-Mart business growth to increasing exchange penetration and resale value by enhancing refurbished certified vehicles retail with warranty for L2 & L3.
Work closely with MFCW team and Auto Sector RSM/Dy. RSM/ASM by organizing monthly meet to table the issues and resolution.
Must monitor and do analysis on MIS & Reports and action for progress:
TGR / TGW dealer wise with improvements & action plan
Claim Summary for claims approved by ASM and communicate to Auto sector
Commercial Officer and monitor the progress.
Track ECO sheet from ASM and highlight to ZM where ever negative performance.
Sharing of Travel plan between MFCW & Auto Sector area managers for joint visit.
Bridging the gap of expectations between MFCW and M&M for deliverables
Analysis on Exchange enquiry v/s conversion and progress.
Identifying & highlighting dealers with Zero retails of used car with warranty.
Progress tracking on retail of exchanged vehicles and action plan.
Activity planning with Auto Sector and execution with outcome.
Identifying training requirements & ensure joint training
HR training & initiatives – coordinate with dealer Dronacharya & ensure completion of
trainings & certificates with Manpower data updates.
Ensuring circulars and schemes updates to dealer and dealer staff.
