Job Description

Key Areas of Responsibility: • Leading and driving a team of 10- 15 Agents towards Lead Generation/Sales. • Managing Shrinkage and work on Absenteeism. • Work towards reducing attrition numbers. • Exposure towards participating in recruitment campaigns. • Delivering on Key Metrics . • Assist team with sales target by usage of scripts & rebuttals. • Provide active floor support. • Improve team knowledge on requirements of the process & technical know-how. • Maintaining quality standards. • Handling customer issues escalated by the team and helping them achieve pre-defined targets. • Use coaching, monitoring & feedback to improve team stats and help achieve targets. • Identify and bridge any knowledge gaps in the team and report to training to incorporate the same Desired Candidate Profile: • Excellent communication skills in English. • Flexible to working in rotational shifts, including night shifts. • Any Graduate • Total 3-4 years PPROCESS EXP . • International BPO experience is must.
