Job Description: • Must have knowledge of Technical Sales Domain • Should have the spirit and enthusiasm to achieve his/her targets on time and also be able to work as a team. • Should have good knowledge of Job Portals • Should have done Vendor Hiring’s • Have to handle frontline & Support Level recruitments. • Needs to visit consultants and hire candidates. • Should be familiar with HR reporting • Should be Team player • Would have to mange a small team of recruiters. • Should be familiar with the concept of head hunting • Needs to drive internal referrals Skills Required: • Excellent Communication skills. • Should be comfortable with commuting by his/her own. • Should Have Sound Technical knowledge • Should be flexible with shifts. • At least 3 year of experience into front level and support level recruitment. • Flexible to work till late. • Must be able to handle all kinds of recruitments. • Must have worked in BPO domain.
