Contributes to maintaining the needs of R&D IS requirements

Candidate should support to meet R&D IS needs regards to JIRA

Candidate should work to test, install, configure, license management & troubleshooting of JIRA.

As part of this process, Candidate should work to create proper documentation, diagrams and other detailed

Candidate should be ready to travel / visit SC/ BG / Sites at remote offices.

Maintains an efficient support ​to all R&D Users on JIRA interface

Provides helpdesk and technical support to all R&D Users and to site key users if required

Trains key users on all new or modified features (provides training material, best practices...) in JIRA

Candidate should involve in migration projects from existing ticketing applications into JIRA R&D Server.

Implement new projects in JIRA: specifications, developments, follow up and tests.

Manage and configure JIRA Server for better optimization

Contributes to the implementation of new Group solutions

Deploying new Group solutions and evolutions on R&D JIRA Server

Ensures Group standards are applied in accordance with the BG’s methodologies.

Manages escalation processes when needed.
