Software Tester

Understand project/software specifications (content, graphics, and functional specifications)
Manually check/test the software/project output against the project checklist(s), and other reference documents provided
Test software on both online and offline servers
Create logs of test results/bugs in the bug tracking tool, and monitor them until closed
Be responsible for the quality of the project

Candidate Profile : 
Must have an eye for detail, passion for quality and finding issues/quality defects
Must have good communication skills, written and spoken
Must have the ability to multi-task and adapt to multiple projects

Mandatory Skills: 
Experience in software testing for a product development organization
Experience in testing in an agile development environment
Good understanding of software requirements and technologies
Good analytical skills
Experience in manual testing
Experience in using common bug tracking tools like Mantis bug tracker, Bugzilla etc.
