Quality Assurance Engineer

Preparation of monthly dashboard with identified KPIs within the specified period 

Facilitating the identification of performance improvement action plans, in co-ordination with technical managers 

Facilitate QRQC activities in the case of a reported incident in COMPANY, IS, HR and Finance 

Performing periodic process reviews and submitting the report for improvement actions 

Performing internal defect reviews and facilitate to identify improvement actions 

Performing LLC audits to measure effectiveness of actions implemented 

Supporting the documentation / process definition for ISO standards (Quality, Safety and Environment) 

Supporting new initiatives with respect to the process excellence model in COMPANY. Eg.: CMMi, ITIL 

Supporting the documentation / process definition for CMMi SVC 

Supporting the project documentation / process related to IS Project Management, ISQC and LLC tools. 

Implementation of QMS processes 

Performing internal audits and follow up actions for the closure of NCs 

Performing data analysis using QC tools 

Review of Work Instructions with Technical Committees 

Release of Work Instructions in COMPANY Portal 

Tracking LLCs for closure 

Monitor/report TKM measurable 

Manage the COMPANY portal standardization with the Group Information Systems portal

Key Skills 

Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) 

Knowledge on International standards like ISO 9001, ISO14001, CMMi and ITIL pref
