Handling day to day accounting
Maintain All Accounting voucher entry, Releasing payments to Vendors
Well versed in all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable procedures, accounts receivables procedures, ageing analysis, general cash functions, handling all kind of sales and purchase of company.
Maintaining General Ledgers, Party Ledgers, Sales Ledgers, Purchase Ledgers.
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
Preparation of Service tax input register for all group companies and allied records
Preparation of services tax reverse charges payable register for all group companies and allied records.
Calculation of service tax payable sheet on monthly basis
Preparation of data for filling of services tax return and audit
Preparing the data required for service tax appeal.
Preparation and filling of TDS returns for group of companies
Generation of rent invoices and compilation of rent data
ERP implementation on work for services tax purpose
WCT Details preparation and submission on monthly basis
Generation of TDS Certificates
Preparation of WCT Certificates
Preparation Monthly MIS Report
Knowledge of Bank Reconcilation Statement
Knowledge of Payroll Accounting
