Good Command over Object Oriented Concepts
Good understanding of RDBMS, should be aware of writing stored procedures, triggers, views & handling concurrencies
Exposure to complete software development life cycle
Proficient  in client side scripting (JavaScript/JQuery, Boot strap, Angular JS)
Command over layered/tier architecture
Exposure to Service Oriented Architecture, WCF, Web API
Exposure to Waterfall methodology and AGILE Methodology
Proficiency in developing applications using Microsoft Technologies(Web Forms, MVC 3.0 & 4.0, ASP.NET, C#, VB.Net, SQL Server). Should have hands-on working Experience on MVC and also  ASP.Net Web Forms
