Project Manager - Web Application Development

To develop detailed implementation plans to enable delivery of the project 
Customer expectation management, establishing an SLA with the customer and meeting those consistently, providing statistical periodic reports per Customer desire 
Project Reporting - external and internal 
Plan, Risks and Issues, Scope Management & Tracking statistics 
Adapting a project execution structure and process from a base Global Delivery Model 
Actively participating in project sizing and resource requirements 
Ensuring quality of the end deliverable 
Maintaining project costing metrics, comparing to proposal and taking necessary corrective actions 
Staging and executing User Acceptance of the end deliverable 
Visiting client locations on a periodic bases, building trust and relationships at all levels, growing the account into a strategic, successful one .
